At midnight, the chickens are manually slaughtered according to Islamic Law at a rate of 8 thousand chickens per hour.

Then they are plucked out, hallowed , cooled and packed by the most modern machines without being manually handled .

This slaughter house is considered one of the most advanced in the world with its sophisticated equipments.Inside, temperature is 15°C all year long.

The chickens are sorted out on an electronic scale according to their weight and sort. Everything is recoded by the on special computers.
