Hawa Chicken's laboratory is considered as the most sophisticated in the Middle East. It comprises two divisons:

1. The first divison where samplesof feed are sent befpre and after the feed is mixed in order to control its quality. After that, the ffed is sent to the farms.
2. The second division is where chickens are daily conveyed after slaughtering in order to control the quality of the meat and make sure it is germ free.

Chickens are shipped several times a day to consumers in special refrigerated trucks in order to keep them constantly fresh.
