Our main concern is our customers’ satisfaction and so while conventional R&D focus on products we focus on needs.
Accordingly, the bedrock of our work is a continuous interaction with our customers through surveys, customers’ suggestions and complaints to fill gaps among customers, products and/or services.
Adoption of such kind of strategy enable us to improve products and services already in market in addition to innovating new items when old ones are no more suitable for extra improvements to match up our customer’s expectations.
