The success comes as two of its contracted broiler farms recently reached a European Production Efficiency Factor (EPEF) of 400 or more with their Ross flocks, scoring 416 and 413 respectively. more

Honey-Dijon Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dip chicken breasts in dressing, until well coated. Combine crumbs and cheese; coat chicken. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is tender. more

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon parsley and 1 teaspoon basil evenly over the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange chicken breast halves in the dish, and sprinkle evenly with garlic slices. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 teaspoons parsley, remaining 2 teaspoons basil, salt, and red pepper; sprinkle over the chicken. Top with tomato slices. 3. Bake covered in the preheated oven 25 minutes. Remove cover, and continue baking 15 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. more

1. In a large stock pot, saute celery and onion in butter or margarine. 2. Add chicken, carrots, water, bouillon cubes, marjoram, black pepper, bay leaf, and parsley. Simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Add noodles, and simmer for 10 more minutes. more

Bev's Orange Chicken

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a small bowl, stir together the orange juice, soy sauce, onion soup mix and garlic powder; set aside. Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Place chicken thighs into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Pour the orange juice mixture over. 3. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the preheated oven, basting every half hour. If using boneless chicken, reduce cooking time to 1 hour more

Barbecue Chicken Salad

1. Preheat the grill for high heat. 2. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill, and cook 6 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Remove from heat, cool, and slice. 3. In a large bowl, mix the red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, tomato, cilantro, corn, and black beans. Top with the grilled chicken slices and French fried onions. 4. In a small bowl, mix the Ranch dressing and barbeque sauce. Serve on the side as a dipping sauce, or toss with the salad to coat. more
