  • 560 g chopped, cooked chicken meat
  • 120 g chopped celery
  • 30 g chopped carrots
  • 40 g chopped onion
  • 55 g butter
  • 225 g egg noodles
  • 2845 ml water
  • 9 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 0.3 g dried marjoram
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 g dried parsley

  • 1. In a large stock pot, saute celery and onion in butter or margarine.
  • 2. Add chicken, carrots, water, bouillon cubes, marjoram, black pepper, bay leaf, and parsley. Simmer for 30 minutes.
