Hawa Chicken is truly committed to making a difference in the community. We play an active role in supporting many less privileged areas in Lebanon. Regardless of whether we create sports clubs, build churches or support community groups, we firmly believe that helping villages to grow and prosper in any way we can is essential for the stability of our society. In addition to our own CSR initiatives, we empower NGOs and charities with monthly donations ensuring we reach out to orphanages, retirement homes, drug rehabilitation centers and more. We are also committed to helping our employees in need give their children a good education by providing them with vital financial support.

Environmental commitment
Environmental commitment to sustainability is one of the most critical issues in today s society. We take our role seriously and adopt a pro-environmental behavior.
From the slaughterhouse all the way to our stores, we recognize the need to implement environmental measures in the value chain.
• All wasted water goes through a water treatment facility before being disposed
• All waste product either go to the rendering plant or to the pet food factory, our slaughterhouse and production plant actually works towards a 0 waste policy.
• We started the shift to paper bags in our retail stores and are working towards reducing plastic use.
• We work towards minimizing paper use in offices and all papers used are sent to recycling factories
